Not a simple trick, but not a hard one either - just 2 apps to install and some steps to follow.

First, you have to know that Chrome keep it's data in files located under C:\Users\<You>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data (Vista configuration - should be similar under XP)

Chrome database files are plain SQLITE files. To browse these files, follow these steps :

1) Install Firefox (well, most of you should already have it installed !).
2) Download SQLITE MANAGER (a Firefox extension from Google) here : http://code.google.com/p/sqlite-manager/
3) Start FireFox. In Firefox, click on Tools > SQLITE MANAGER.

This will open SQLITE MANAGER. In the plug-in, click on Database > Connect Database and pick up one of the User Data files managed by Chrome. For example : Cookies.

Now, you can browse the file content by clicking on the Browse & Search tab. If you picked up “Cookies”, you'll see all your cookies along with their content (in the Value column).

You can of course keep a backup of your cookies (and share them with other computer). Just make a backup of “Cookies”.
