One of the most interesting features of Google Chrome is it's Task Manager.
While running Chrome, press SHIFT + ESC and you'll get a break down window on each chrome tab (process).

It'll let you see how much memory, CPU and bandwidth usage each of your open tabs take.
This is what you should see:

For those of you who ask why would Google create their own Chrome Task Manager… Well, Google is trying to make the most memory-efficient browser ever made by using multiple-threading. Threading is used to divide CPU power among different programs and usually you don't see it used withing a single application. Normally each application takes one thread, but Google Chrome has multi-threading capabilities not found in any other web-browser, where each tab runs as a separate program. Very unique!!!

I'm just looking into this now and it looks promising. Might be as useful as Windows' own Task Manager wherein you can use it to end the one's that freeze unless of course that process freezes the whole browser.
