Well it looks like Chrome IS faster today but things will change in the near future. It's like releasing a brand new CGI graphic card while others have been for months on the market. It's common sense that new products are currently better than the established ones but let's wait and see.

I guess Chrome was launched with the claim that it has better indexers and HTML parses. From a company like Google with one of the best web spiders, this ought to happen. Go Google :)
